Joy Lyn's wins "Best New Piece" at RCI Chocolate Convention in St. Louis, MO

Joy Lyn's Candies was awarded "Best New Piece" at Retail Confectioners International (RCI) Chocolate Convention in St. Louis, MO. for their Hop Salt Stout Caramel made with Sierra Nevada Stout Bear.  The already popular new piece is a tender caramel made with Sierra Nevada Stout Caramel and sprinkled with Sea Salt that has been mellowed with beer hops.  A chocolate covered creamy caramel that reflects the roasted barley, notes of chocolate and touch of caramel in Sierra Nevada Stout Beer then gently sprinkled with Sea Salt that has been mellowed in beer hops...an award winning combination!
