JOY LYN’S CANDIES OWNER, BILL HARTLEY RECEIVES 2017 PARADISE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ALICE SMITH AWARD

Bill Hartley, Co-Owner of Joy Lyn’s Candies was recognized at the 2017 Paradise Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Awards Presentation with the prestigious Alice Smith Award in recognition for his sustained service and involvement to the Paradise Ridge Community.  He also received certificates of recognition from California State and Congressional officials at the annual gala dinner.
