Honeycomb is a Joy Lyn’s Candy classic and true favorite! Also known around the country as Fairy Food, Cinder Block, and Sea Foam. Honeycomb is a two day process cooked to almost 300 degrees then poured into a parchment lined box to rest for the night. In the morning, it is removed from the box and cut with a handsaw into pieces large enough to handle. The Honeycomb is then cut into smaller pieces with a band saw. Next, the Honeycomb pieces are coated in creamy milk or dark chocolate. When eaten, our Honeycomb has a light crispy middle that dissolves quickly and leaves the chocolate behind to melt in your mouth. Sold three bars per package.
